Sergati was born in 1963. He is native of the South West of France. 
In 1985, he aims at the Fine Arts School but integrates the Hotel Technical Institute of Toulouse.

In 1991, he is selected for the Young Creators European Biennial Fear in Gastronomy section and receives an Honour diploma.

From Paris to Miami, Caribbean islands and the Island of Reunion, from the Marquesas Islands to Bora Bora, he chains all the positions of the hotel profession. 

He leads at the same time for 20 years an activity of culinary designer around his subject of preference. He creates the brand "FOR CHEFS ONLY " declining his design on various supports and reflecting the French-style luxury. Accessories made in France, hand made, customized, and limited serial.

His logo: a triangle with 3 caps which represents the corner of the vest chef and 3 buttons.

His brand is intended for Epicureans aesthetes, to professionals of the gastronomy and the luxury hotel business.
