He approached me, heightened my heavy starched chef’s hat, refocused my choker and buttoned the high corner of my chef’s jacket.

 «Now you can come in! " he said amused , pointing its thumb towards the kitchen. 
Later on, he became the simple cook without face curved in the leather range but I have never forgotten his words.

When it needed to choose a distinguishing logo, I thought at once of this small part of jacket, in this symbolic armour which he folded up on me and transformed in a precious triangle with 3 buttons.

They gave everything to me, I learnt everything from them , so it is for chefs,  and for chefs only.
